Ireland – Engineering services – N2 Ardee to Castleblayney and N2 Clontibret to Border Road Schemes

Monaghan County Council requires multi-disciplinary engineering and other specialised consultancy services in accordance with the scheduled services specified under the “Tender and Schedule” for the delivery of Phases 0/1, 2, 3, 4 of the current edition of the TII PMG (PE-PMG-02041) and Phases 1-4 of the National Roads Authority “Project Management Guidelines 2010” for the N2 Ardee to Castleblayney and N2 Clontibret to Border Road Schemes. The project involves the separate, independent but coordinated design of the 2 specific schemes for the N2 under a single Contract: Scheme 1: N2 Ardee to Castleblayney (approx 32 km); Scheme 2: N2 Clontiberet to Border (approx 28 km). It will be a requirement that key members of the Consultants team shall be based in Monaghan Town. A full description of the services required by the Client is provided in Schedule B of the Tender and Schedule for the Conditions of Engagement for Consultancy Services (Technical).
