Ireland – Refuse and waste related services – Monaghan County Council wishes to tender for: Service Concession Contract for the Operation and Management of the Scotch Corner and Carrickmacross Waste Management Facilities.

The primary purpose of the contract is to appoint a competent and experienced contractor to operate and manage Monaghan County Council’s two waste management facilities at Scotch Corner and Carrickmacross. The contract will allow the successful tenderer to exploit the assets at Scotch Corner Recycling Centre and Carrickmacross Civic Amenity Site under Waste Facility Permit WFP-MN-20-0004-02 and Certificate of Registration R00705-04 respectively and pay Monaghan County Council a concession fee for use of these assets.
