Finland – Transformers – Pre-qualification for turnkey delivery of main transformer to Nuijala heat station

Fortum Power and Heat Oy is building a heat plant in Nuijala, Espoo and the connecting district heating lines to distribute the heat to Espoo district heating network. Heat will be produced by electric boiler which is connected also to a heat accumulator, The heating capacity of the plant is approximately 50 MW (Meg-awatt).The new heat plant shall be ready for commercial operation in the end of 2025. Aim of the tender is for Purchaser to procure a turnkey delivery of main transformer. The preliminary scope of supply comprises of the following ITEM(s) • ITEM 01: one (1) piece of 63MVA oil filled transformer (118/21kV) o Oil filled transformer, with all necessary structures and auxiliaries o with transformer cooling method ONAF or ONAN o Equipment and system design, manufacturing, and delivery o Hauling, installation, testing and commissioning works of transformer at construction site • ITEM 02: Transformer protection cabinet (inc. protection relay) o Including auxiliary, and control cabling from transformer protection cabinet to the existing 20kV switchboard o installation, testing and commissioning works at construction site • ITEM 03: MV-supply cable for 20kV connection between the 63MVA oil filled transformer (ITEM 01) and existing medium voltage switchgear (20kV) o Procurement of material/equipment/devices/work o installation, testing and commissioning works of supply cable at construction site • ITEM 04: 3-phase centerline disconnector o All necessary support structures o Procurement of material/equipment/devices/work o installation, testing and commissioning works of supply cable at construction site • ITEM 05: 110kV cable termination stand. o All necessary support structures o Procurement of material/equipment/devices/work o installation, testing and commissioning works at construction site All ITEM(s) include equipment and system design, manufacturing, and delivery, installation, testing and commissioning works at construction site
