Fortum Power and Heat Oy is building a heat plant in Nuijala, Espoo and the connecting district heating lines to distribute the heat to Espoo district heating network. Heat will be produced by electric boiler which is connected also to a heat accumulator. Scope of supply generally consists of the following installations, materials and works. The final scope and options will be announced later in the ITT material: Process electrical installation: - 690/400/230 VAC power and motor cabling, including necessary material, accessories, installation, testing and commissioning, -110 VDC and UPS systems cabling, including necessary material, accessories, installation, testing and commissioning,- Control, measuring, protection and monitoring etc. cabling, including necessary material, accessories, installation, testing and commissioning- - Installation of heat trace cabling for process pipes and equipment including necessary material, accessories, testing and commissioning. - Necessary cable ladders and trays etc. cable ways including necessary material, accessories, and installation. - Field equipment (safety switches/local control units/junction boxes etc.), including necessary material, accessories, installation, testing and commissioning. - Installation of cabinets and frequency converters units including installation accessories, testing and commissioning. - Purchase and installation of separately specified cabinets, including installation accessories, testing and commissioning. - Earthing system cabling, including necessary material, accessories, installation, testing and com-missioning - Hauling of material, equipment etc. to the final installation place, including lifting, heavy machinery. - All necessary commissioning and certification inspections, including inspection records and documents. Instrumentation installation: - Installation for client purchased instruments such as pressure-, flow- and temperature sensors and transmitters including testing and commissioning. - Installation for client purchased motor actuated valve control units including testing and commissioning. - Instrument cabling and connections from device to automation system cross connection cabinet. - Cabling and connections of auxiliary 24 VDC power cables for instruments and valve control units. - Cabling and connections of Profinet S2 bus signal cables for valve control units - Cabling and connections of bus cables from MCC’s and PLC’s in other deliveries to automation system. - Signal trunk cabling and connections from other deliveries to automation system - Installations of cable ladder from field device locations to main route ladders - All necessary commissioning and certification inspections, including inspection records and docu-ments.
