Norway – Accounting and auditing services – Framework agreement for special audit services related to random samples.

The objective of the procurement is to give Norad access to special audit services connected to random samples. Tenderers will participate in the execution of random samples in order to check the granting counterparty ́s compliance with the contract with Norad. Random samples involve inspections of selected areas that are particularly vulnerable/central to the prevention of financial irregularities in the use of the funds in the subsidy counterparts.
