Norway – Research and development services and related consultancy services – Consultancy services related to Norad's Governance and Public Finance Portfolio and economic governance engagement

The aim of this contract is to use research and analysis to strengthen strategic decision making connected to the choice of partners, interventions and activities in Norad's management and public financial portfolio, as well as in Norway's commitment to economic management for some selected countries. Furthermore, the aim is to strengthen the management action in the implementation of sector portfolios in Norad. The knowledge generated from this research is meant to enable adaptive management of the portfolio over time, to provide input for adjustments to the portfolio, as well as to inform and improve the performance of individual projects during the execution.
