Lots 1 – 4: The purpose these Lots is to put in place a model of service delivery through a network of community energy mentors. The mentors will be experts and advisors in place to support communities through the Learn-Plan-Do Phases of the SEC Programme. This will be achieved through the appointment of 4 Regional Co-ordinators (one for each Lot) who will supply and manage county level Mentors. SEAI intends to appoint one (1) framework member to each of the following Framework lots: • Lot 1: Border/West Regional Mentoring Support Services • Lot 2: Dublin/Mid East Regional Mentoring Support Services • Lot 3: Midlands/Southeast Regional Support Services • Lot 4: Midwest/Southwest Regional Mentoring Support Services For further information please see Request for Tender at www.etenders.gov.ie.
