Trondheim municipality c/o the Ownership Unit, hereafter called the Contracting Authority, invites tenderers to an open tender contest for the procurement of contracts within consultancy consultancy services. See annex 2 - Assignment Description and requirement specifications for further details on the competition. Trondheim municipality, Trøndelag county and Bane NOR shall, as landowners in the Killingdal area in Ilsvika in Trondheim, recommend a decision on a conceptual solution for reducing pollution in the area for further planning. The review basis for this decision shall be a concept choice review (KVU).
