Norway – Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services – The Smelter Project - Invitation to a restricted competition for architect and consultancy services - Stage 1 Prequalification

Trondheim municipality, hereafter called the contracting authority, invites tenderers to a restricted tender contest for the award of service contract for architect and consulting assignments for the development of a sketch project for the MeltWork Project. Trondheim municipality shall through the Smelteverks project develop a facility that efficiently solves two major municipal functions, a health and welfare centre and a secondary school that is well integrated in the neighbourhood, and exploits the site and the programme's potential to become an important meeting and target point in the district. The project shall contribute to attractive and human-friendly town development. The contracting authority thus needs to enter into a contract for architect and consultancy services in the project, i.e. for a multi-disciplinary compound team to prepare a sketch project in close cooperation with the contracting authority.
