1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using WULFRN (“the Service”), operated by WULFRN (“we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

WULFRN is a defense procurement intelligence platform that aggregates publicly available tender data from sources including TED (EU), Doffin (Norway), NSPA, NCIA, and SAM.gov. We enrich this data with AI-generated summaries, classifications, and capability tags. The Service is provided for informational purposes only.

3. Accounts

You may browse tenders without an account. To access personalized features (saved searches, alerts, pipeline), you must create an account with a valid email. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

WULFRN offers free and paid tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed annually via Stripe. You may cancel at any time through the customer portal. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not: (a) scrape, crawl, or systematically download data from the Service; (b) redistribute our AI-generated content without attribution; (c) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (d) attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code; (e) impersonate other users or entities.

6. Data Accuracy

We aggregate data from public sources and apply AI processing. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that tender information, AI summaries, or classifications are error-free. Always verify critical procurement information against official source publications. We are not responsible for decisions made based on our data.

7. Intellectual Property

The WULFRN platform, including its design, software, AI models, and original content, is owned by us. Tender data originates from public procurement portals and is subject to their respective terms. AI-generated summaries and classifications are our original work product.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WULFRN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your saved data (searches, alerts, pipeline items) will be permanently deleted.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. We will notify registered users via email of material changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Oslo, Norway.
