Germany – Information-processing equipment – Supply and Delivery of IT Hardware to WHH Country Offices

Bidders are invited to tender to be part of the panel for the supply and delivery of IT Hardware and accessories to Welthungerhilfe (WHH). The appointed supplier (s) will enter into a three (3) year agreement with an option to renew for maximum two extensions of one year each. Bidders must comply with the instructions of all the requirements of this Invitation to Tender. Noncompliance may lead to a tender not being considered by the WHH. The bid and accompanying documents must be delivered as per the instructions in this document no later than the closing date and time specified on the invitation to tender cover (page 1).
