Malta – Building completion work – WORK PACKAGE C (WPC): SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF FINISHES, INTERNAL RESTORATION AND MEP FIT-OUT, FOR THE EXTENSION & REFURBISHMENT OF THE ST JOHN’S CO-CATHEDRAL MUSEUM

The subject of this tender is the supply and installation of finishes, internal restoration and MEP fit-out, for the extension & refurbishment of the St John’s Co-Cathedral Museum, St John’s Co-Cathedral, St John Street, Valletta, Malta of the following supplies and works: • Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP) and Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems for the new museum. • Supply and installation of floor finishes, across the Museum, including various materials such as concrete mix slabs, hardstone, marble and floor tiles, as well as raised floor systems, accessible raised floor systems and ventilated floor cavities. • All restoration for all existing internal facades to the Museum environs. • Supply and installation of all decoration works, including wall panelling and cladding, lightweight partitions, bulkheads, suspended ceilings, wall and ceiling insulation and fire protection, as well as all general wall and ceiling plastering and painting works. • Supply and installation of glazing and metalworks. • Supply and installation of internal and external apertures, including all internal doors, shutters and fire doors. • Supply and installation of fixed furniture, such as kitchens, lockers, and other miscellaneous items. • Supply and installation of sanitary ware and other fixtures and fittings. • Supply and installation of light fittings across the museum. • Miscellaneous civil, thermal insulation, acoustic and waterproofing works. • Any other works/supplies included in this tender document.
