Ireland – Training services – NMBI tender for Fitness to Practise (FTP) training services

NMBI wishes to provide Fitness to Practise (FTP) training to relevant stakeholders, including board and committee members, staff members and relevant NMBI stakeholders, to assist them in conducting their FTP duties and responsibilities for NMBI. NMBI wishes to engage a suitably qualified supplier for a contract for two years (plus the option of an additional two years). The contract will not be exclusive and NMBI will be within its rights to utilise the services of other FTP training practitioners in relation to specialist knowledge and training requirements, e.g. a barrister to deliver a training session on a specialist FTP topic. NOTE - Suppliers (firms of solicitors) who are currently providing FTP legal services to NMBI are precluded from responding to this tender.
