Belgium – Sewage, refuse, cleaning and environmental services – Service Contract to Support the European Commission and Member States on EU ETS Monitoring, Reporting, Verification and Accreditation 2026-2028

The main objective of this (recurrent) project is to support the Commission and Member States in the further implementation of harmonized and cost-effective EU ETS Monitoring, Reporting Verification and Accreditation (MRVA), during 2026-2028. Specific objectives are to: - Provide Secretariat support to the EU ETS Compliance Forum maintaining an effective platform for discussion and cooperation between Member States and the Commission and the well-functioning of EU ETS MRVA - Provide support to the Commission concerning the maintenance of MRVA guidance, templates and other tools published by the Commission in support of the MRR and AVR. - Provide additional support in relation to ad hoc technical enquiries on EU ETS MRVA issues - Attendance to the TWG MRVA, CCC, and COM meetings
