The purpose of this tender is to procure Architect, Planning, Marine Engineering and other associated Consultancy Services to design and secure consents for a National Watersports Campus within Dún Laoghaire Harbour. The appointed consultants will be responsible for the design of various elements and to securing Planning and Maritime Area Consent (MAC) for the National Watersports Campus and to bring the project to contractor tender stage
