Belgium – Business services: law, marketing, consulting, recruitment, printing and security – Delivering the European Green Deal under Policy Objective 2: Evaluation on the bottlenecks to reach the objectives of Green Deal (2024CE16BAT033)

The main objective of the contract is to provide further insight on the bottlenecks that hamper implementation of investments in environment, climate and energy through cohesion policy as well as suggesting improvements to overcome those bottlenecks. It will contribute to the on-going support the European Commission gives to the Member States and regions for a more effective and efficient implementation of the cohesion policy funds targeted at the European Green Deal. Further, it will also feed the reflection and preparatory work on the post-2027 cohesion policy. The main objectives of the call for tender are to identify, analyse and specify implementation bottlenecks of investments in environment, climate and energy; and to propose improvements to overcome the identified implementation bottlenecks.
