Belgium – Research and development services and related consultancy services – Strategic Dynamic Analysis of Horizon Europe Research and Innovation Results to Support the Implementation and Monitoring of EU Climate Action Policy

The subject of this call for tenders involves the provision of support for the development, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of climate, energy, and mobility research and innovation policy activities. The services will have to provide a dynamic analysis of the climate related activities funded under the different parts of Horizon Europe (HE) including a specific number of policy briefs (six) and the corresponding service to communicate key features through the web. The general objective is to improve the science-policy-society interface, emphasising new technological and social innovations in climate science, as well as climate change mitigation and adaptation. The contract will present the HE projects coverage regarding the scientific, technological, economic and societal impact from the European Union's investments in research and innovation.
