Ireland – Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services – Architect-Led Integrated Design Team for the Construction of Nr 16 Henrietta Street including Rear Garden Theatre Building, refurbishment and upgrade works to Nr 15 Henrietta Street, Dublin 1

NPU are procuring an Architect Led Integrated Design Team to deliver the design and construction of a new four storey over garden level end of terrace extension and alterations to the gable wall and front facade of the existing four storey over garden level terraced structure, and the construction of a new low front wall and railing and light well to the garden level to Henrietta Street. The construction of a new two storey over basement theatre building accessible from Henrietta Place situated on the rear garden of no. 15 and 16 Henrietta Street, and associated hard and soft landscaping to the rear garden. These works are to be carried out in accordance with the Henrietta Street Conservation Plan. The site is situated within the zone of archaeological interest and no. 15 Henrietta Street is a protected structure. The project when completed will become the “Sound of Ireland Centre”
