Denmark – Laboratory, optical and precision equipments (excl. glasses) – Acquisition of a myostrecther module to the fluorescence microscope for calcium photometry at Department of Biomedical Sciences

The Department of Biomedical Sciences, including Ochala Group, investigates the physiological and biomechanical processes occurring in humans and animals, as well as at the level of individual cells. The Ochala Group specializes in the biophysics of muscle cells, where calcium, among other factors, plays a significant role. The acquisition of a myostretcher module is sought for the existing fluorescence microscope for calcium photometry at the department. The module enhances the range of possible experimental setups, thereby increasing the capabilities of the existing fluorescence microscope.
