Ireland – Assessment centre services for recruitment – Service Provider to provide Aptitude Testing for Talent Acquisition– Campaign Recruitment TR670

The Contracting Entity ESB intends to procure a single supplier framework agreemen t for aptitude testing for ESB’s Talent Acquisition – Campaign Recruitment It is proposed that the Contract will include (non-exhaustive list – high level scope) 1. Provide objective and transparent method for shortlisting and assessing aptitude using proven benchmarking methodology, including for large campaigns with large applicant numbers 2. Provide suitable reporting that will aid interview panels (i.e. highlight strengths and weaknesses of applicants and provide interviewers with focused interview questions). The range of services required to be supplied to ESB is expected to include but not limited to the following: o Advice on optimum testing methods for any campaign or selection process and clear rationale in relation to the proposals made o Provision of most appropriate on-line psychometric testing o Provision of Test Centres o Design of Case Studies o Provision of feedback to candidates and to selection panels o Validation processes/services to assess suitability of testing methods
