DESCRIPTION OF WORKS: Refurbishment of existing roofs at Udaras Building at Baile Mun, Kilcar, Co. Dún na nGall, comprising: • Overlay the roofs identified on the drawings with PVC single ply membrane on minimum 100mm insulation. • Various demolitions and minor builders works. • Replacement/upgrade of all gutters, downpipes, flashing and trim etc. • New fall arrest system • New access stairs and hooped ladders to roofs
