Ireland – Procurement consultancy services – Aviation consultancy services to support the procurement of the Ministerial Air Transport Service (MATS) to the Department of Defence

The services will comprise the provision of aviation consultancy services to support the procurement of a new Ministerial Air Transport Service (MATS) jet aircraft. The successful tenderer will be required to provide support and independent advice to the project team (as needed) throughout the entirety of the procurement process (Tender Assessment, Business Case Development, Contract Development and Finalisation and Assessment).
