Norway – Community health services – Continuation of response centre services in Oslo municipality.

The aim of the assignment is to ensure a continuation of tender offers with response services for inhabitants with safety alarms. Expectations for the delivery the Health Agency will be given the task of carrying out a re-procurement of the current response service of safety alarms that ensure future operation. The contract shall be based on previous announcements, but it shall only include the services that form the basis for the current operation. The Health Agency has carried out two procurement processes in 2021 and 2022 for response services without this being provided within the laid frameworks. Alternative models for providing response services have been assessed, but further reviews are needed. The current agreement with a service provider of response services for safety alarms expires in October 2024.
