Ireland – Pipe fittings – Call for Tender (CfT) Framework Agreement for the Supply and Delivery of Pipe Fitting Materials to MTU

This competition is to establish a Multi-supplier Framework Agreement for the supply and delivery of Pipe Fitting Materials. Further details are provided in Appendix 1: Requirements and Specifications. It is being conducted under Regulation 27 (Open Procedure) of the European Union (Award of Public Authority Contracts) Regulations 2016. Information supplied by Tenderers, in their bids for appointment to this framework, will be treated as binding in respect of each contract awarded under this framework. The establishment of this framework will be subject to a signed Framework Agreement between the appointed provider(s) and the University.
