Norway – Parts for aircraft – Technical material and support, aeronauting systems

A contract has been signed for technical material and support for aircraft systems. The contract is signed in accordance with FOSA § 5-3 letter c, competition with negotiations without a prior notice. Other information on the content of the contract is exempted from the notice obligation as the publication of such information is deemed to be contrary to defence or security interests, cf. FOSA § 9-5 (3) letter a.
