Ireland – Parking services – Tender for the Provision of Vehicle Parking Management to MTU

Munster Technological University is seeking tenders from competent service providers for the supply of a pay parking operation service for the Bishopstown Campus. The service primarily involves the electronic (cashless) collection of fees from patrons at multiple car parks and enforcement of parking policy through audits and the issue of fines and/or clamping. Fee collection will primarily be using a smart phone via application or QR code link to a webpage and associated cloud database and transaction processing which will be provided as part of the service.
