Full Description
Part 1 of the procurement covering Technical Consulting includes, but is not limited to the following tasks: • Designing and implementing the technical content of Market Dialogue (RFI) related to the fleet procurement and compiling conclusions from market dialogue. • Preparation of technical procurement materials for the tramcar fleet • Cost analysis of the fleet procurement • Preparing the call for tenders, including definitions of technical quality criteria • Responding to enquiries concerning the procurement process and call for tenders • Evaluating tenders • Preparing technical annexes to the procurement decision and agreement • Preparing the launch of the tramcar fleet project • Providing other assistance to the Client related to the implementation of the fleet procurement.
Part 2 of the procurement covering. Lifecycle Management Consulting includes, but is not limited to the following tasks: • Defining the methodology for the lifecycle modelling and assessment of the tramcar fleet • Defining the methodology for the environmental impact modelling and assessment of the tramcar fleet • Defining the methodology for modelling the reliability, availability, maintainability and safety (RAMS) of the tramcar fleet • Preparing the call for tenders, including defining the minimum requirements and evaluation criteria for lifecycle costs, environmental impacts and the RAMS process • Tasks related to the planning of fleet lifecycle management • Responding to enquiries concerning the procurement process and call for tenders • Evaluating tenders • Preparing technical annexes to the procurement decision and agreement • Preparing the launch of the fleet project, including validation of lifecycle costs and RAMS analyses • Providing other assistance to the Client related to the implementation of the fleet procurement.
Part 3 of the procurement covering Production Consulting includes, but is not limited to the following tasks: • Reviewing production and installation drawings • Specifying the requirements for component and system solutions • Comparing component and system suppliers • Specifying the requirements for carbody structure and production solutions • Quality control of the carbody structure and production • Planning the monitoring of the production of rolling stock • Monitoring the production of rolling stock • Monitoring, evaluation and approval of standard and routine tests
