The European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO), “the Office”, needs to have access to DARTS-IP case law research database in the fields of Trademarks and Designs, in order to meet the internal requirements mainly of the Business Operations Department (“BOD”) and the Board of Appeal (“BoA”).
