Norway – Refuse skips – Framework agreement for waste containers/dunkar NoMil and VØR

The contracting authority would like to use this procurement to enter into a framework agreement for the delivery of waste containers/bins. The contract will be valid for 2 years from the start date, with an option for a contract extension for an additional 1+1 year. The option to host the agreement automatically lasts for a year if the tenderer did not announce written 3 months before avtala expires. It is not possible to estimate the exact volume that will be ordered in accordance with this agreement. There are no obligations to purchase for a specific volume. Joint procurements in accordance with the agreement resulting from this procurement will be limited to NOK 6 million ex VAT.
