Ireland – Recruitment services – INVITATION TO PARTICIPATE IN THE HSE’S AUTHORISATION SCHEME FOR EXECUTIVE SEARCH RESOURCE TO SUPPORT AND FACILITATE ACCESS TO GLOBAL CANDIDATE MARKETS FOR MEDICAL AND HEALTH CARE STAFF

The HSE has an authorisation scheme for executive search resource organisations (“Suppliers”) to recruit professionally qualified medical and health care staff from outside of Ireland (the “Scheme”). As this is an authorisation scheme within the meaning of Recital 4 of Directive 2014/24/EU (the “2014 Directive”) this Scheme is not subject to the provisions of the 2014 Directive. The purpose of this invitation to tender is to open the supplier panels to additional suppliers.
