Asker and Bærum municipalities, hereafter called the contracting authority, invite tenderers to a negotiated procedure for a contract for "the procurement of connected and sustainable services through the use of welfare technology and digital home follow-up. Asker and Bærum municipalities cooperate on the procurement process, but will sign independent contracts with the tenderer. The municipalities only booklets for separate contractual obligations to the tenderer. Cooperation in the contract period is a stated goal for both municipalities and tenderers are requested to contribute to this. The tender documentation is identical for both municipalities, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
