The aim of the procurement is to get a cost efficient ticket system that functions well for the theatre ́s productions and products. The system shall have high uptime and it shall be easy to use for our customers and our own employees. The system shall ensure that ticket sales can be carried out easily and efficiently and it shall save time for our users, both internally and externally.
