Norway – Telecommunications equipment and supplies – Prequalification Framework agreement for the delivery of commercial radio and 5G systems.

FMA intends to enter into a framework agreement for the delivery of commercial radios and associated material, equipment and services. The framework agreement shall i.a. ensure moderate innovation and facilitate the development and change of the current technology systems within communication technology in order to cover future defence and security needs nationally and internationally. This notice concerns prequalification for further competition implementation. The framework agreement shall have a duration of four (4) years from when it is signed, with an option for an extension for up to three (3) years. The framework agreement ́s maximum framework is estimated to NOK 480 million excluding VAT, for seven (7) years.
