Ireland – Graphic design services – Establishment of a Single-Party Framework Agreement for the provision of Design and Print Services to the Residential Tenancies Board

An integral part of the RTB’s strategic plan 2023-25 is to provide accurate information, research data and insights to inform the public and policy makers on the rental sector in Ireland. It is a core function of the RTB that accurate information is easily accessible at the right time to tenants, landlords and agents to help support compliance, to help prevent disputes arising, and to support sustainable tenancies. The RTB is a reliable and authoritative source of accurate and up to date data on the rental sector and regularly publishes insights to actively inform policy and the public. In order to fulfil these organisational aims and objectives, the RTB requires a service provider for the provision of design, print and related created services. An overview of the services sought is: • expertise and support to design new publications, • re-design and/or update existing publications • RTB brand guideline development • quick responses to unplanned ad hoc requests and, • on occasion to avail of printing services.
