The required minor works for this contract: -Single-storey Extension to the existing building - new ESB connection, - civil works for the installation of 3 Sheppard huts, - drainage works to all 3 huts, - a new wastewater treatment plant and - associated percolation area, rainwater harvesting tank, car parking spaces, - all associated ancillary work
