Malta – Hire of boats with crew – SPD3/2025/068 - FRAMEWORK CONTRACT FOR THE PROVISION OF COMMERCIAL BOAT WITH SKIPPER FOR WASTE TRANSFER FROM COMINO TO GOZO AND THE LEASING OF A LOW-EMISSION WASTE COLLECTION PICKUP TRUCK WITH DRIVER

Item 1: The hiring of a manned commercial boat, holding a valid commercial vessel certificate, to transport waste generated on the Islands of Comino—including, but not limited to, the Blue Lagoon, Santa Marija Bay, and Cominotto (packed in plastic bags or other containers)—to Gozo. This also includes the transportation of personnel, materials, or tools to and from Comino and any other locations at Mgarr Harbour in Gozo, as required and directed by the Contracting Authority. Item 2: The leasing of a low-emission, double cab waste collection pickup truck with driver, to transport waste from any location in Comino—including, but not limited to, the Blue Lagoon and Santa Marija Bay—to the berthed vessel.
