Norway – Clothing, footwear, luggage articles and accessories – Framework agreements for clothing, personal field, protection and security equipment for the Norwegian Civil Defence.

The framework agreements are divided into 6 sub areas: • Sub-area 1: Clothing and personal protective equipment • Sub area 2: Wetting, bags, sleeping bags and security equipment • Sub-area 3: Commitment helmet for the Norwegian Civil Defence • Sub-area 4: Ullgenser • Lot 5: Field bottle • Sub area 6: Flame retardant gloves and wind bands Tenders can be submitted for one or several sub areas, and tenderers in the Template for tender letters shall state which sub-areas a tender is submitted for. NB: Tenders cannot be submitted for only parts of the products within each sub-area. Tenders for the sub-area must include all products.

The objective of the framework agreements is to cover the contracting authority ́s need for various clothing as well as personal field, protection and security equipment for personnel in the Norwegian Civil Defence. The framework agreements can also be used by DSB ́s entities in accordance with requirements.
