Serbia – Legal services – Addendum no. 3 to CTR 2023/450-386 - "Better access to justice to IDPs and returnees

Procurement of new services from the company NIRAS, contractor of the on-going Better access to justice for IDPs and returnees (2023/450-386), consisting in the repetition of similar services under IPA 2025 programme to continue support to legal cases for IDPs. The reason for purchasing is to provide the necessary additional funds for the continuation of ongoing support, currently there are 5.224 opened/active cases and 5.789 closed cases, with 6.915 client files. Many of the cases are open, court dates scheduled for January, and February 2026, continuation of support is needed in order to provide undisturbed access to justice to the beneficiaries.
