Ireland – Construction work – Refurbishment of Existing Changing Rooms and Construction of New Front Entrance Lobby to Waterworld Bundoran, Co. Donegal

The works involve the refurbishment of existing Changing Rooms with associated internal alterations including demolition of internal block and stud walls and a concrete staircase with fit out of new Changing Rooms including toilets, showers, wall and ceiling finishes, Changing Places facility and associated Mech and Elec works with new AHU to Changing and Admin areas. The rearrangement of new entrance Lobby with the construction of a front area with a canopy roof. Works to include Fire doors, smoke alarms emergency lighting etc. See tender drawings and specifications for further information.
