Ireland – Software support services – Tender for the Provision to Supply, Implementation and Support of a Catering and Nutrition System for Children's Hospital Ireland (CHI)

CHI is seeking tenders for supply, implementation and support of a Catering and Nutrition System to support its future catering and nutrition management operations. The scope of the Invitation To Tender (ITT) covers the provision, configuration and maintenance of a SaaS software solution that supports end-to-end management of catering and nutrition for almost all in-patient diet types other than parenteral nutrition (PN) CHI presently (August 2022) provides services at the following locations in the Greater Dublin Area: - CHI at Crumlin (in-patient, out-patient and emergency department), also known as Our Lady’s Children’s Hospital Crumlin (OLCHC) - CHI at Temple St (in-patient, out-patient and emergency department), also known as Temple St Children’s University Hospital (TSCUH or CUH) - CHI at Tallaght (in-patient, out-patient and emergency department) - CHI at Connolly (out-patient and urgent care centre). It is planned that all services at Crumlin and Temple St, as well as in-patient services at Tallaght, will transfer to a New Children’s Hospital being built next to St James’s Hospital in Dublin city centre. This is presently scheduled to open around 2025. Please note that HSE Procurement are managing this process on behalf of CHI and HSE locations nationally, organisations funded by the HSE and other publicly funded agencies.
