Property and personnel protection services for the Swiss Residence and the Swiss Embassy in Tirana, Albania for the period 15.05.2025 to 14.05.2030. Premises/persons to be protected: Compound of the Swiss Residence and Swiss Embassy located respectively in “Ukraine e Lire” street, No. 11, and “Ibrahim Rugova” street, Nr. 3/1, 1019, Tirana, (hereafter referred to as “Embassy compound”) and the personnel of the Swiss Confederation in Tirana, Albania. Security guards are instructed to carry out tasks directly related to their duties by their supervisor, who in turn is instructed by the Security Officer of the embassy. The main functions of guards are to ensure the security of premises of the Compound of the Swiss Embassy and Swiss Residence: - To check and organize the entrance and exit of visitors and staff - To observe surroundings and detect intruders - To prevent criminal acts against or intrusion onto the premises of the Swiss Embassy and Residence - To raise alarm in the event of emergency (intrusion, fire)
