Norway – Construction work – Turnkey contractor to Skarven Learning Centre

The aim of the competition is to procure a turnkey contractor for the detailed engineering design services for and the construction of a Skarven learning centre in Øksfjord.The builder, in cooperation with architects and consulting engineers, has prepared a preliminary project that is part of the tender documentation. Architects and parts of the consultancy team will be transported to the turnkey contractor. The school is designed to handle 60-90 pupils and approx. 30 children in kindergarten shall be implemented as a turnkey contract based on NS 8407. The project shall, among other things, solve the following assignments: 1-10 School with before-and-after-school Care and Culture SchoolThe combination libraryActivity poolVoksen training facility for nurseries and schoolsThere are options for the construction of sidewalks and infrastructure upgrades in connection with the project.
