Ireland – Civil engineering consultancy services – Roscommon County Council invites tenders from suitably qualified consultants to prepare a Local Transport Plan (LTP), to inform the delivery the forthcoming Boyle LAP 2025 -2031

In accordance with the evidence-based approach to planning outlined in the National Planning Framework (NPF) and the Regional Spatial and Economic Strategy (RSES), Roscommon County Council invites tenders from suitably qualified consultants to prepare a Local Transport Plan (LTP), to inform the delivery the forthcoming Boyle LAP 2025 -2031. The LTP shall be prepared in line with the methodology set out in the Area Based Transport Assessment (ABTA) Guidance Notes 2018 published by Transport Infrastructure Ireland (TII), along with the supplementary ‘ABTA How To Guide Pilot Methodology’ document prepared by TII and the National Transport Authority (NTA).
