Ireland – Research laboratory services – The establishment of a single-party framework agreement for the provision of laboratory services to the Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board (IHRB) is a company limited by guarantee, responsible for the regulation of both flat and National Hunt racing, including Point-to-Point racing, in Ireland. The IHRB is solely and independently responsible for making and enforcing the Rules of Racing in Ireland under the Horse Racing Ireland Act 2016 including making all decisions in relation to equine anti-doping forensic services for horse racing. The IHRB is now seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified service providers for the provision of equine forensic analytical services. This document provides an outline of the key objectives and requirements that should be considered in the expression of interest.
