Norway – Research and development consultancy services – Procurement of a framework agreement for TTO services.

FFI shall procure a framework agreement for the purchase of consultancy services within Technology Transfer Office (TTO) as further described in the procurement documents. A framework agreement shall be awarded to 1 to up to five tenderers.
