Ireland – Computer-related services – Multi-Party Framework to supply Fixed Term and Temporary Agency ICT Staff for Dublin and Dún Laoghaire Education and Training Board

The Services required comprise of the supply of specialised ICT and Technical Support staff on fixed term and temporary basis to the Contracting Authority as part of a multi-party Framework Agreement. The Contracting Authority has an ongoing requirement for additional ICT resources as the need arises. Typically, this includes Level 1 and Level 2 ICT support and maintenance for DDLETB's network infrastructures, user devices (desktops, laptops, tablets, hybrid devices etc.), AV equipment, printers, scanners and a wide variety of educational equipment and tools with an ICT component (e.g. 3d printers). However, the required resources can also include specialist skillsets such those listed in Appendix 1 of the RFT document.
