Ukraine – Low-floor buses – Supply of new low floor 12-metres length trolleybuses including a set of main, wearing and consumables spare parts, a set of equipment and tools for maintenance and repair, and related services, up to a total budget of € 5.5 million, VAT and customs duties excluded

Supply of two-axle Trolleybus, new, manufactured not earlier than 2023, class M3 designed and constructed for the carriage of passengers, comprising more than eight seats in addition to the driver’s seat, and having a maximum mass exceeding 5 tons, accordance with UNECE Regulation n°107. Trolleybus shall be with a left-hand steering wheel and a low floor throughout its with stepless access through all passenger doors, intended for carrying passengers as public transport on trolleybus lines with a nominal voltage of 550-600V. Overall dimensions of Trolleybus: Length, a two-axle vehicle, one section: 11,900 to 12,000 mm; Width: 2,500 (-50 / +50) mm (except for side mirrors); Height: 3,750 mm (DSTU 4905). A Trolleybus is expected to provide a capacity for at least 85-100 passengers including 33 seats. Folding seats are not allowed. The passenger compartment shall be provided with: 1 place for a passenger in a wheelchair; 1 place for a perambulator (it can be combined with a place for a wheelchair); 4 seats for passengers with reduced mobility who are not in a wheelchair.
