Prequalification for a framework agreement. The objective of the procurement is to cover the Contracting Authority's (Norwegian Defence Materiel Agency) The Norwegian Defence Research Establishment (FFI) and the Norwegian Defence Logistics Organisation (FLO)) need for availability of technical assistance in connection with periodic and unforeseen maintenance of ship engineering monitoring and control systems (STK) on vessels. The framework agreement shall ensure the necessary support as well as uniform and qualitatively carried out maintenance of low current, signal, PLS and automation, across vessel classes. The framework agreement shall cover both planned and unforeseen maintenance. Planned maintenance includes scheduled work packages and other planned maintenance. Unforeseen maintenance includes repairs of errors that require prompt assistance from the service provider. The work must be executed along the entire Norwegian coast, including At Ramsund Orlog Station, at the Coast Guard base at Sortland and at Haakonsvern Orlogsstasjon.
