Norway – Application service providers – Welfare technology in Lofoten

The procurement concerns welfare technology as described in the tender documentation and annexes. The aim of this procurement is to establish a joint, future orientated and integrated welfare technological platform for the municipalities in the Lofoten ICT cooperation (Vågan, Vestvågøy, Flakstad, Moskenes and Værøy), including an option for the purchase/hire of welfare technological equipment. The procurement shall simplify work processes for employees and users, as well as facilitate efficient use of resources, innovation and further development. The procurement comprises the following three main areas: Welfare technological platform - Joint platform for all the municipalities in Lofoten ICT. Welfare technological systems for persons living at home - Systems for users who live at home. Options for the expansion of the patient signalling system at institutions and manned residences - Expansion of the current patient signalling system with marking in place and colleague notification.
