Extension to existing Post Primary School, ranging 2 to 4 storeys, with new link bridge at first floor. Total area circa 5850 sq m. Extended onsite road network to include 39 no. car spaces, set down areas and siteworks to include 1 no. additional ballcourt and diversion works to existing stream. This Tender Competition is for an element of a larger works contract and the successful tenderer will ultimately be appointed as a sub-contractor to the main contractor. The contract for the main contractor is being procured under a separate competition (eTender CFT 5107363). The successful tenderer for the Reserved Specialist works will be identified by the contracting authority who has published the contract notice with the main contractor awarding the sub-contract. Note:-The tender stage under the restricted procedure may not commence until the final shortlists for the Reserved Specialists and main contract candidates are complete
